How to Export Orders as CSV in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Export orders to CSV from Payments → Orders in Sparkforge. Filter by status, date range, source type, or product type. The file arrives via a 7-day email link and uses a multi-row format with products and taxes broken out under a shared order ID.

The Orders CSV export pulls detailed order records for reporting, reconciliation, financial analysis, fulfillment, and product performance tracking.

How to export orders

  1. Go to Payments → Orders.
  2. (Optional) Apply filters: order status, date range, source type (Funnel, Payment Link, Store Checkout), product type (one-time vs recurring).
  3. Click Download.
  4. Check your email for the secure download link.

The link expires after 7 days. If it expires, start a new export.

CSV format

An order can contain multiple products and multiple taxes, so a single order can spread across multiple rows. This breakout is intentional for product-level pricing and tax detail required by bookkeeping and analytics.

Data consistency

0 vs blank

  • 0 appears only when the field applies and the value is truly zero.
  • Blank appears when the field does not apply (for example, a payment method on an unpaid order).

Stable structure for reporting

  • Column ordering is consistent for pivots, imports, and BI pipelines.
  • Multi-row orders are expected when products and tax entries exist. Group totals using Internal order id.

How multi-row orders work

Example 1

An order with 3 products and 2 exclusive taxes can produce 6 rows total — multiple product rows plus a row per tax-name-per-product. All rows share the same order id.

Example 2

An order with 3 products where the first has 2 exclusive taxes, the second has 2 inclusive taxes, and the third has no tax can produce 5 rows. The first 2 tax rows use the format Tax Name 1 and Tax Name 2; the next 2 use Tax Name 1 (Included in prices) and Tax Name 2 (Included in prices); the 5th row has no tax columns populated. All share the same order id.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I seeing multiple rows for the same order?
Each product and product tax requires its own accounting line for accurate reporting. Group by Internal order id to consolidate.
Why is Payment Method empty on some orders?
Orders only show a payment method if a transaction occurred. Unpaid orders leave the field blank.
Will unpaid or abandoned orders be included?
Yes, unless you filter them out before exporting.
Can I check subscription billing details from this export?
This export shows order-level subscription presence (count), not subscription billing history. Use the Subscriptions CSV export for billing detail.
Who can download order exports?
Users with permissions to view orders and export records.
