Verify Your From Email Before Sending Sparkforge Campaigns

Sparkforge now requires you to verify any From email address before it can be used in a campaign. Verification is a one-time OTP per address and takes about two minutes.

To prevent identity spoofing and protect sender reputation, Sparkforge requires verification of your From email address before any campaign sends. The check is a one-time OTP per address and skips for some configurations.

When verification is not required

  • Custom domains provided under LC email.
  • The location admin email already configured in settings.

Verify a sender email from a campaign

  1. Open Email Marketing and create a campaign.
  2. Enter the address you want to use in the Sender email field.
  3. Click Verify Now.
  4. Check that inbox for a 6-digit OTP from Sparkforge.
  5. Enter the OTP in the verification dialog.

Once verified, the address is reusable across future campaigns without re-verifying.

You can also verify in advance from the email settings page. Click Verify an email and follow the same OTP flow.

Why does Sparkforge require email verification now?
Without verification, anyone could spoof a From address — damaging your domain reputation and deliverability. The OTP confirms you actually control the address you're sending from.
Do I have to verify every campaign?
No. You verify each From address once. After that, Sparkforge remembers the address as verified and you can use it in any future campaign.
What if I never receive the OTP email?
Check spam and promotions folders, then confirm the address is correct. If it still doesn't arrive, request a new code or use a different sender address.
When is verification skipped?
For custom domains provided under LC email and for the location admin email already in account settings. Every other From address requires the OTP step.
Can I verify ahead of time without creating a campaign?
Yes. Open the email settings page and click Verify an email to run the OTP flow before you build the campaign.
