Custom Objects in Every Sparkforge Plan, Up to 10 per Location

As of October 2025, every Sparkforge plan includes Custom Objects with a 10-per-location limit. Use them to model records — properties, policies, patients, anything — that don't fit standard CRM entities.

Custom Objects let you define record types beyond Contacts and Opportunities — Properties, Vehicles, Policies, Patients, whatever your business tracks. As of the October 2025 release, every Sparkforge plan can create up to 10 Custom Objects per location.

What a Custom Object gives you

Custom fields specific to that record type — text, number, date, dropdown, and more.
One-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many associations to Contacts, Opportunities, or other Custom Objects.
Workflow triggers and actions on create, update, and delete events.
SmartLists, Advanced Filters, and List View customization for slicing data.
Audit Logs for every add, edit, delete, and association change.

Plan access and limits

All plans: 10 Custom Objects per location.
Records per object: unlimited, subject to overall account storage.
Up to 10 unique association labels between any two objects.

Do I need the Pro plan to use Custom Objects?

No. Since October 2025, Custom Objects are included on every plan — Starter, Standard, and Pro — with a 10-per-location cap.

How many records can a single Custom Object hold?

Records per object are unlimited, subject to your overall account storage.

Can I go above 10 Custom Objects per location?

Not today. The current cap is 10 across all plans.

Can I trigger workflows when a Custom Object record changes?

Yes. Workflows support Custom Object create, update, and delete events as triggers, and Custom Object actions on the action side.

Are Custom Objects available in the API?

Yes. Custom Objects, their fields, and their associations are exposed through the Sparkforge APIs and Webhooks.
