Custom Object Templates ship pre-built objects, fields, and associations for industries like Real Estate, Insurance, Automotive, SaaS, Events, Pets, and Home Services. Apply one in a click instead of building from scratch.

Custom Object Templates are pre-built, industry-specific configurations you apply to a sub-account in one click. Each template includes ready-to-use custom objects, fields organized into folders, and associations between objects, so you skip the manual setup and start using Custom Objects immediately.

Templates live inside the Template Library next to Emails, Funnels, and Websites.

What you get in a template

Industry presets: Real Estate, Insurance, Automotive, SaaS, Events, Pets, and Home Services.
Preview before applying: review objects, fields, associations, description, and prerequisites.
One-click apply: import the full setup into your account.
Agency-level visibility controls for sub-account access.

Apply a template (sub-account)

Go to Settings → Objects.
Click Add Custom Object → Use a template.
Click any template to open the Preview page and review what it ships with.
Click Import objects to apply the template.
The objects appear in the account, configured and ready.

Manage template visibility (agency admins)

Custom Object templates use the same visibility controls as the rest of the Template Library.

From the Agency Dashboard, click Template Library in the left nav.
Click the Settings (gear) icon top right.
For per-sub-account control: open Customize for Sub-Account Settings, find the sub-account, click Edit, and choose to hide the library entirely, show it, or hide specific modules including Custom Objects.
For global category control: open the Categories tab and toggle individual categories like Real Estate or Insurance.

Changes apply instantly. Agency users and admins always see the full Template Library regardless of these settings — restrictions only affect sub-account users.

Notes

Custom Object Templates are available in Labs at the company (agency) level.
Each template applies objects, fields, and associations together.
Visibility lives in Template Library settings, not a separate Custom Objects settings page.
Assets created from a template keep working even if the template is later hidden.

Which industries have Custom Object Templates?

Can sub-account users see all templates?

Only the templates the agency has made visible for that sub-account. Agency admins control visibility per sub-account and per category from the Template Library settings.

Do existing custom objects break if I apply a template?

No. Templates add new objects, fields, and associations. Assets you've already created continue to function independently.

What happens if an agency hides a template after I've used it?

Already-imported objects keep working. The visibility setting only controls which templates show up in the picker going forward.
