How to Manage Google Ads Offline Conversions in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge Ad Manager creates and manages Google Ads offline conversion actions in-app. Set conversion source, count, value, and window, and Sparkforge pushes the action to your connected Google Ads account via API.

Sparkforge Ad Manager creates and edits Google Ads offline conversion actions without bouncing into the Google Ads UI. Conversions sync to your connected Google Ads account via API and existing conversions are imported automatically.

Prerequisite: connect your Google account to Sparkforge before setting up conversion actions.

What this covers

Offline conversions track actions that happen outside your website or app — qualified leads, booked appointments, closed deals, phone calls. This flow does not handle website conversions; that's a separate Google Tag Manager flow.

Why manage offline conversions in Sparkforge

  • One place — create, edit, and view existing and new actions in Ad Manager.
  • Aligned tracking — Google Ads conversions match Sparkforge workflow events.
  • Auto sync — actions created in Sparkforge appear immediately in Google Ads.
  • Existing imports — current Google Ads conversions are pulled into the same view.

Step-by-step setup

Step 1: Open Ad Manager

  1. Open Marketing from the left-side menu.
  2. Click Ad Manager in the top nav.

Step 2: Open Ad Manager settings

Click the gear icon next to Create Campaign.

Step 3: Select Google Ads Conversions

  1. Under Platform Settings, click Google Ads.
  2. Switch to the Conversions tab.

Step 4: Create a new conversion

Click + Create a new conversion in the top right.

Step 5: Name the conversion

Use a descriptive name. Example: Qualified Lead — Consultation Booking.

Step 6: Pick the conversion source

Choose from options like Converted lead, Qualified lead, Purchase, Signup. Match the source to the action you're tracking.

Step 7: Set the conversion count

  • Many per click — for purchases or repeatable actions.
  • One per click — for leads or one-time form submissions, to prevent duplicates.

Step 8: Set the conversion value

  • Same value for each conversion — fixed monetary value, plus currency code. Best when conversions are roughly equal worth.
  • Different value for each conversion — for variable revenue. Set a default value; custom values come in via workflows or integrations.
  • Do not use value — track count only. Best for signups or downloads where ROAS isn't the goal.

Step 9: Set the conversion window

Pick how long after a click conversions still count — 30, 60, or 90 days, or a custom duration.

Step 10: Save

Click Create. The action syncs to Google Ads via API. No manual setup in the Google Ads UI is required.

Edit or delete a conversion

Attribution model is fixed to Data-driven for offline conversions per Google Ads guidelines. To change a conversion:

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the conversion.
  2. Choose Edit or Delete.
