Sparkforge Ad Manager lets you configure Google Ads logos, images, call extensions, and sitelinks at the campaign level. Set them once and they apply across every ad group in that campaign.

Sparkforge Ad Manager supports campaign-level Google Ads assets — logos, image assets, call extensions, and sitelinks — so you can set them once and apply them to every ad group in the campaign. This boosts CTR across Search, Display, and YouTube without per-ad-group repetition.

Why Campaign-Level Assets

  • Consistency: All ads in the campaign share the same brand and CTAs.
  • Relevance: Tailor sitelinks and images to a campaign's offer or funnel stage.
  • Speed: Configure once, apply everywhere.
  • Control: Override account-level defaults to A/B test variations.
  • Visibility: Better ad prominence and CTR across eligible placements.

Configure Each Asset

Step 1: Add image assets

  1. In Additional Assets, click Upload Images.
  2. Pick from the media library or upload new files.
  3. Add up to 20 images per campaign.

Specs: JPG/PNG, 1:1 or 1.91:1, max 5 MB each. Add 2-3 images per ratio for better coverage. Avoid heavy text overlays, watermarks, GIFs, or misleading visuals. Unsupported ratios trigger a crop/resize warning. Failed images are skipped — your campaign still publishes with valid assets and text ads.

Step 2: Add a business logo

  1. Click + Upload Logo.
  2. Pick or upload an image (1:1 square only).
  3. Click the logo after upload to crop or adjust.

Step 3: Configure call extensions

  1. Open the Call Extensions dropdown.
  2. Pick existing numbers, or click + Create a New Call.
  3. Choose the country, enter a valid number, and click Create.

Call extensions are mobile-friendly and improve CTR by surfacing one-tap dialing.

Step 4: Configure sitelinks

  1. Open the Sitelinks dropdown.
  2. Pick existing sitelinks, or click + Create a new sitelink.
  3. Fill in Sitelink Text (max 25 characters), optional Description Lines 1 and 2, and the Final URL.
  4. Click Create.

Add at least 2, up to 20. Four is the sweet spot for delivery.

Validation and Errors

  • The builder flags policy, ratio, or file-size issues with clear messages.
  • Failed assets are skipped — valid ones still publish.

Fallback Behavior

If you don't add campaign-level assets, the system falls back to account-level assets. If neither exists, the ad runs without enhancements.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I upload a non-square logo?
Only 1:1 square images are eligible. Non-square uploads are discarded — use the built-in cropping tool to fix the ratio.
Can I use multiple phone numbers as call extensions?
Yes. Add multiple Google-approved numbers and Google rotates them based on location, device, and availability.
Why is my call extension marked Disapproved?
Common reasons: invalid or unverified numbers, country code mismatches, or formatting errors. Fix the entry and re-submit.
How many sitelinks should I add?
Two minimum, twenty maximum. Four is the recommended count for optimal Google delivery.
Will campaign-level assets override account-level ones?
Yes. Campaign-level assets take precedence. If a campaign has none, Google falls back to account-level assets. Invalid uploads are dropped and the campaign still publishes with valid assets and text ads.
