Connect Multiple Facebook Pages to a Sparkforge Sub-Account

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge sub-accounts can connect multiple Facebook pages — each page syncs leads, conversations, automations, and reviews independently with clear source attribution.

You can connect more than one Facebook page to a single Sparkforge sub-account. Every page syncs its own leads, conversations, automations, and reviews while attribution stays clean across the board.

What you get

  • Lead sync — Facebook Lead Ads from every connected page flow into Sparkforge with the source page tagged on each contact.
  • Conversations — chat with customers across multiple Facebook and Instagram pages from one inbox.
  • Automation — run workflows tailored to each page's audience.
  • Reputation — collect and respond to reviews across every connected page.

Current limitations

  • The Sparkforge mobile app does not yet show conversations from multiple Facebook pages.
  • Conversation AI auto-replies do not yet cover messages from secondary Facebook pages.

Troubleshooting: Facebook page not showing

If the page you want to connect doesn't appear during setup, the issue is almost always permission-related. Sparkforge connects to your Facebook user account — not to Business Manager or Ad Accounts directly — so the page must be exposed to the Facebook user you're authenticating with.

Check the following:

  1. Confirm you have Admin access to the Facebook page (Editor or partial access is not enough).
  2. Make sure you're logged into the correct Facebook profile when running the connection flow.
  3. Grant every requested permission during the OAuth step. Skipping any will hide pages.
  4. If access changed recently, disconnect Facebook in Settings > Integrations and reconnect from scratch.

If the page still doesn't appear, verify your Business Manager assignment, lead access permissions, and Facebook page roles match what Sparkforge requires.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Facebook pages can I connect to one sub-account?
There's no fixed cap on connected pages. Sparkforge syncs leads, conversations, automation, and reviews independently across every page tied to the sub-account.
Why doesn't my Facebook page show up during setup?
The most common cause is missing Admin access. Editor or partial access won't work — you need full Admin on the page, and you must grant every requested permission during the Facebook OAuth flow.
Can I run different workflows for each Facebook page?
Yes. Each connected page can drive its own workflow triggers, so a contractor running multiple location pages or a creator running multiple fan pages can keep audiences cleanly separated.
Does Conversation AI work across multiple Facebook pages?
Not yet. Conversation AI currently auto-replies on a single Facebook page per sub-account. Multi-page AI auto-response is on the roadmap.
