Collect Payments on Recurring Appointments via Booking Widget
On Sparkforge recurring calendars, choose Collect Payment for First Appointment Only or Collect Payment for All Appointments. Configure under the calendar's Forms and Payments tab. Recurring calendars do not support partial payments.
Recurring calendars in Sparkforge can collect payments at the time of booking. Pick whether the customer pays for just the first appointment or the full series upfront. The choice lives on the calendar, alongside the standard payment provider integration.
Two payment options
Collect Payment for First Appointment Only
Charge for the first appointment at booking. With 3 recurring appointments at $50 each, $50 is collected at booking — the remaining $100 across the next two appointments is collected manually later.
Collect Payment for All Appointments
Charge the full series total at booking. With 3 recurring appointments at $50 each, $150 is collected upfront. The actual amount depends on how many appointments end up booked, which can vary based on availability and your unavailable-slot handling rule.
Recurring calendars do not support partial payments.
