Add Multiple Meeting Locations to a Sparkforge Calendar
The Multiple Meeting Location Selector lets bookers pick where the meeting happens — phone, address, custom value, Zoom, Google Meet, or "ask the booker." Available on Event Calendars and on Round Robin or Service Calendars with one team member, using the Neo widget.
Overview
Add multiple meeting locations to a calendar and the booking widget shows them as choices. Useful when you offer the same appointment in different formats (in-person, video, phone) or at different physical sites.
Limitations
- Available on Event Calendars and on Round Robin or Service Calendars with one team member.
- Supported only by the Neo widget.
Configure
- Open Calendar Settings and pick the calendar.
- Event Calendar: scroll to Meeting Location. Round Robin or Service Calendar: scroll to Team Members.
- Click +Add Location.
- Pick a type and configure it. For Custom, you can set a display label — e.g., enter the office address but show "New York Office" until the booking is confirmed.
- Save.
Available location types
Event Calendar
- Phone: defaults to the subaccount phone number; editable.
- Address: defaults to the subaccount business address; editable.
- Custom: any text — store address, instructions, or a static Zoom link. Event Calendar does not generate dynamic Zoom or Google Meet links.
- Ask the booker: the booker enters their preferred location during checkout. With multiple locations configured, the option appears as "Elsewhere" on the widget.
Round Robin and Service Calendar
- Phone: editable default phone number.
- Address: editable default address.
- Custom: any text value.
- Zoom: generates a unique Zoom link per booking. Requires Zoom integration in My Profile > Calendar Settings > Video Conferencing.
- Google Meet: generates a unique Google Meet link per booking. Requires Google integration with Google Calendar selected as the linked calendar.
- Ask the booker: same behavior as Event Calendar; appears as "Elsewhere" when other options exist.
How bookers experience it
The booking widget shows every configured location as a choice. The selected location is used for the appointment and shown on:
- The confirmation page
- The confirmation email
- Workflow context
- The in-app appointment modal
- Anywhere else the meeting location renders
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the multi-location selector work on Round Robin calendars with several team members?
No. For Round Robin or Service calendars, the multi-location selector requires exactly one team member. Event Calendars don't have this restriction.
Which booking widget supports multiple locations?
Only the Neo widget.
Can Event Calendars create unique Zoom links per booking?
No. Event Calendars only support a single static link entered as a Custom value. Use Round Robin or Service Calendars for dynamic Zoom or Google Meet links.
What's the "Elsewhere" option on the widget?
It's the "Ask the booker" location type — the booker enters their own preferred location at booking time. It appears as "Elsewhere" when other locations are also configured.
