- Email and SMS may incur usage charges depending on your account configuration.
- Update preferences anytime from My Profile → Notifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which calendar integrations trigger disconnect alerts?
Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, iCloud Calendar, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Each one fires its own notification when the connection drops.
Who receives the disconnect notification?
Only the user who owns the integration. Location admins and agency admins are not notified for sync disconnects.
How do I turn off SMS alerts?
Open My Profile → Notifications, scroll to Calendar, and toggle SMS off. Email and in-app notifications can be adjusted the same way.
Why did I not receive an SMS alert?
SMS only sends when a user phone number is configured at the sub-account level. If no number is set, the alert is skipped.
Do these notifications cost extra?
Email and SMS alerts may use account messaging credits depending on your configuration. Review your communication settings to see what applies.
