Banner Management in Sparkforge Agency Settings
Banner Management in Sparkforge Agency Settings is the central place to enable, disable, and reorder in-app banners across the agency and connected sub-accounts. Use it to keep the interface on-brand and surface critical alerts first.
Banner Management is a control panel in Agency Settings for reviewing, ordering, and toggling visibility of in-app banners across your agency account and connected sub-accounts. It keeps in-app messaging on-brand and prevents banner fatigue.
What Banner Management Does
Agency Admins decide which banners appear, where they appear, and how often they reappear. Centralizing this prevents noisy upsells, preserves white-label consistency, and surfaces time-sensitive announcements in the right order.
Access and Permissions
- Available at Agency Settings → Banner.
- Typically restricted to Agency Admins. Custom roles need agency-level (or specific Banner Management) permission.
- Changes can propagate to connected sub-accounts based on the banner's scope.
Banner Status
- Enabled — eligible to appear wherever the scope allows.
- Disabled — hidden platform-wide.
- Some system banners are locked or have restricted controls based on product requirements.
Set Up Banner Management
- Log in as an Agency Admin and go to Agency Settings → Banners Management.
- Review the banner list. Columns include Banners, Priority, Frequency, and Status.
- Adjust Priority by dragging or editing the value, then save.
- Toggle Enable / Disable per banner. Locked system banners will indicate restricted controls.
- Switch to a sub-account to validate that banners appear as expected.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will disabling a banner hide it for everyone?
Yes. Disabling removes the banner platform-wide based on its scope.
Can I show a banner only in the agency dashboard?
Yes, if the banner supports Agency-only scope. Scope determines whether it appears in sub-accounts.
Can I control upsell or plan-related banners?
Some upsell and system prompts appear in Banner Management. Editability depends on your plan and the banner type.
Does priority affect analytics?
No. Priority only changes display order. View and click data, where available, tracks independently.
Do dismissals persist across browsers and devices?
Dismissal is typically user-based but can vary by device or session. Frequency settings determine when a banner can reappear.
