How to Attach Files to Emails in Sparkforge Email Builder
In Email Builder, click Send or Schedule, then Attach Files at the top of the screen, upload your files, and pick a delivery option. Up to 10 MB total across multiple attachments.
Email Builder in Sparkforge attaches files directly to outgoing campaigns. Recipients get the attachments in their inbox alongside the email body, which is useful for brochures, proposals, menus, pricing sheets, onboarding docs, and forms.
What attachments give you
- One-message delivery — send the email and supporting documents together.
- Inbox-native access — recipients open files directly without clicking out to a hosted link.
- Version control — everyone gets the exact file you intended, not an outdated link target.

Limits and deliverability
- Multiple attachments are supported up to 10 MB total per email.
- Large files or uncommon file types raise spam-filter risk. For big assets, host the file and link to it instead.
- Attachments don't render inside the email body preview — they appear as attachments in the recipient's email client. Use Send test email to confirm before sending live.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attach multiple files to one email?
Yes. Email Builder supports multiple attachments up to 10 MB total across all files.
Will attachments hurt deliverability?
They can. Large files or uncommon types raise spam-filter risk. For larger assets, host the file and link to it instead.
Why don't I see the attachment in the email body preview?
Attachments don't render inside the body — they appear as attachments in the recipient's inbox. Send a test email to confirm they arrive correctly.
What file types are supported?
Common business formats like PDFs, images, Word, Excel, and similar work fine. Avoid executables and uncommon types that trigger spam filters.
Can I add attachments after scheduling?
Attachments are added on the Send or Schedule screen before delivery starts. Edit the scheduled campaign and re-attach if you need to change the file.
