Complete List of Sparkforge Workflow Triggers

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge workflow triggers are organized into categories: Contact, Events, Appointments, Opportunities, Affiliate, Courses, Payments, Ecommerce, IVR, Social, Communities, Certificates, Communication, and Google Ads. Use this list to find the trigger that matches the event you want to automate on.

Triggers start workflows. Every trigger fires on a specific event — a contact change, a form submission, a payment, an appointment, etc. Below is the complete list of triggers Sparkforge ships, grouped by category, with a one-line description of what each one fires on.

To add one: open a workflow, click Add Trigger, and the menu opens. Triggers are listed under the same categories shown here.
