- Appointment Status Changed — drop Appointment Booked when a meeting cancels or reschedules.
- Survey Submitted — remove buyer-intent tags if a response shows the contact opted out of further outreach.
Example: webinar no-show cleanup
Goal: contacts tagged Interested when they registered shouldn't get the post-webinar nurture sequence if they didn't show up.

- Tags: Interested

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I remove multiple tags in one action?
Yes. The Tags field supports multi-select, so you can remove several tags in a single workflow step.
What does Remove All Tags do?
It strips every tag from the contact at once. Use it cautiously — there's no undo, and any tag-based segmentation will be lost for that contact.
Does removing a tag exit the contact from a workflow?
Only if that workflow uses the tag as a condition or filter. Tag removal doesn't auto-exit contacts from running workflows unless you've configured it to.
Can I add and remove tags in the same workflow?
Yes. Use Add Contact Tag and Remove Contact Tag actions in sequence to swap a contact from one segment to another.
