Generate One-Time Booking Links Inside Sparkforge Workflows
Add the Generate One Time Booking Link action to your workflow, pick a calendar, and Sparkforge creates a single-use scheduling link for each contact that runs the workflow. Send it through email or SMS using a custom value.
A one-time booking link expires the moment it's used. The Generate One Time Booking Link workflow action creates these links automatically inside any workflow, so each contact gets their own link without manual creation.
How to configure
- Create or open a workflow and define the trigger that should fire it.
- Add the action. Inside the Appointments category, choose Generate One Time Booking Link.
- Pick the calendar the link should book against.
- Add a delivery action like Send Email or Send SMS so the link can reach the contact.
- Insert the custom value. In the email or SMS body, click the custom value picker, choose Generate One Time Booking Link, then One Time Link.
- Customize the message body and save.
- Publish the workflow. Each time a contact enters it, Sparkforge generates a fresh single-use link and sends it.
Example: send a booking link after form submission
- Trigger: Form Submitted, on the form you want to gate behind a booking.
- Action 1: Generate One Time Booking Link, with your calendar selected.
- Action 2: Send Email, using the custom value picker to insert the one-time link.
- Outcome: Each lead receives a unique link tied to their workflow run. Once they book, the link expires.
Why use one-time links
- Prevents the same link from being shared and reused.
- Removes manual link-creation steps for sales reps.
- Keeps booking flows clean when running multiple campaigns.
