WhatsApp Template Analytics in Sparkforge
Sparkforge tracks per-template WhatsApp metrics — sent, delivered, read, and button clicks for URL and Quick Reply buttons — under Settings > WhatsApp > Templates > Reports.
Sparkforge's WhatsApp integration shows performance metrics for each template, so you can see which messages get delivered, read, and clicked. Use the data to tune copy, button placement, and send timing.

- Sent — message accepted by WhatsApp (one gray tick).
- Delivered — message reached the recipient (two gray ticks).
