WhatsApp Coexistence in Sparkforge: Dual-Platform Setup
WhatsApp Coexistence links your existing WhatsApp Business App to Sparkforge through Meta's Cloud API, so you can run bulk campaigns and automations from the CRM while keeping native mobile features like Status, Groups, and Calls. Setup takes a QR scan and a Facebook Page connection.
WhatsApp Coexistence connects your existing WhatsApp Business App to Sparkforge through Meta's Cloud API. You manage the same number from your phone and the CRM at the same time, with no service disruption and no policy risk.
What WhatsApp Coexistence Does
Coexistence is a dual-platform integration. After setup you can:
- Reply to customers from the phone or the CRM without losing chat history.

- Keep using Status, Groups, Calls, Catalog, and Labels in the WhatsApp Business App.
Key Benefits
- Quick connect: link the apps with a single QR scan.
- Shared inbox: the same conversations appear on mobile and in the CRM.
- Chat sync: import up to six months of chat history and every WhatsApp contact.
- CRM features: bulk broadcasts, workflows, interactive templates, voice notes, appointment links, analytics.
- Compliant pricing: Cloud API messages follow Meta's normal pricing; mobile-app messages stay free.
