Sparkforge SaaS v2 added wallet-based purchasing for WhatsApp subscriptions. The change matters most if your customers don't have Stripe set up — they can now buy and renew using wallet balance instead.

How wallet purchasing works

When wallet reselling is enabled, the paywall shows wallet balance as a payment option alongside Stripe. The system checks the balance before confirming a purchase. If funds are short, the customer gets an inline prompt to recharge — they don't bounce out of the flow.

Stripe and wallet subscriptions show in the same dashboard. Filter by payment method when you want to see one or the other.

Set up WhatsApp wallet reselling

Open the Agency Dashboard.
Click Reselling in the left menu.
Scroll to Re-sell WhatsApp and define your pricing.
Enable the wallet payment option in your SaaS v2 settings.
Configure recharge thresholds and amounts so wallets refill automatically when low.
