What Happens to Your Data When You Cancel Sparkforge
Canceling Sparkforge cuts off access to contacts, conversations, calendars, workflows, and funnels across every sub-account. Phone numbers delete after 14 days; the account permanently deletes after 90 days unless reactivated.
Canceling a Sparkforge subscription affects every sub-account on the account. Export anything important before you cancel — access disappears immediately on cancellation.
What you lose access to
- Contacts: every saved contact record.
- Conversations: SMS, email, and chat threads, both active and historical.
- Calendars: scheduled events and appointments.
- Automations: workflows stop running.
- Funnels: every funnel and the data attached to them.
- Phone numbers and A2P: deleted 14 days after cancellation. You're billed during the 14-day window, then numbers are permanently released.
- Add-ons and reselling subscriptions: any add-on subscriptions tied to the canceled Sparkforge account also cancel automatically.
Reactivation window
You have 90 days from cancellation to reactivate the account and restore access. After 90 days, the account is permanently deleted and the data is unrecoverable.
Request faster deletion
If you want data removed sooner than 90 days, submit a request through the Data Deletion Request Form.
Before you cancel
- Export contacts, conversations, and any reports you need.
- Document active workflows so you can rebuild them if you return.
- Port out phone numbers you want to keep — once they're deleted, they're gone.
- Cancel any third-party integrations that depend on Sparkforge data.
For help, open the in-app support chat (the question-mark icon, top right when signed in) — it's available 24/7.
