How to Accept Apple Pay and Google Pay in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge supports Apple Pay and Google Pay on V2 funnel order forms via Stripe Connect. Toggle the option in Payments Integrations and register your domain with Stripe.

Apple Pay and Google Pay shorten checkout to one tap. Sparkforge surfaces both options on V2 funnel order forms when you connect Stripe and meet the device, browser, and country requirements.

Requirements

  • Stripe Connect in Payments → Integrations. Stripe API connections won't work — you have to use Stripe Connect.
  • Version 2 funnels. V1 funnels don't support wallet payments.
  • PayPal as the only gateway won't work. Apple Pay and Google Pay require Stripe.

Enable Apple Pay and Google Pay

  1. Open Payments → Integrations.
  2. Connect Stripe via Stripe Connect if you haven't already.
  3. Toggle on Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  4. Sparkforge auto-registers your funnel domain with Stripe for Apple Pay.

Both options now appear next to credit card on order forms, including for recurring payments and upsells. Customers see them only if their device, browser, and country support the wallet and they have a card on file.

Supported browsers

  • Chrome Desktop
  • Chrome Android
  • Safari (macOS, iOS)
  • Microsoft Edge for Windows

Troubleshooting Apple Pay

  1. Confirm the toggle is on while Stripe is connected.
  2. Confirm Apple Pay is supported in the customer's country.
  3. Confirm the funnel domain is registered in Stripe under Settings → Web Domains. If missing, click Add New Domain. If it doesn't auto-register, open a support ticket.
  4. Confirm the domain association file is hosted. Visiting https://yourdomain.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association should download the file.
  5. Confirm the customer is on iOS 10+ Safari or macOS Sierra+ Safari with a valid card in Apple Wallet.

Troubleshooting Google Pay

  1. Confirm the toggle is on while Stripe is connected.
  2. Confirm Google Pay is supported in the customer's country.
  3. Confirm the customer is on Chrome or Safari.
  4. Confirm the customer has a valid card in Google Pay.
