Frequently Asked Questions
Why use Head instead of Body for the Custom Code placement?
Head ensures the widget script loads on every page before the rest of the page renders, giving the chat bubble the most reliable load.
Does Custom Code require a Wix premium plan?
Yes. Wix requires a paid Premium plan with a connected domain to use Custom Code in site settings.
Can I add the widget to only one Wix page?
Yes. Use the Embed HTML element on that page instead of Custom Code, which loads site-wide.
Where do messages from the widget go?
All Webchat messages flow into the Sparkforge unified inbox for live or AI response.
