Frequently Asked Questions

Will the widget appear on every Duda page?
Yes, when installed via Head HTML. The Custom HTML element only places the widget on the page where the element lives.

Yes. Save the change in Duda and republish so the live site picks up the new code.
Can I customize the widget colors and welcome message?
Yes. All widget appearance and prompts are controlled inside Sparkforge under Sites > Chat Widget. Changes take effect on next page load.
What happens to chats outside business hours?
Sparkforge captures the visitor's contact info and replies via SMS or email, so leads do not go cold overnight.
