QR Code Bulk Actions, Rename, and Copy Link in Sparkforge

From the QR Codes List View in Sparkforge you can multi-select to move, download (PNG, SVG, PDF), or delete, rename codes and folders inline, and copy a QR link in one click. Large batches are zipped asynchronously.

QR Code Bulk Actions speed up library management in Sparkforge. Select many QR Codes at once for move, download, or delete, rename codes and folders inline, and copy a direct QR link without opening each code.

What You Can Do

  • Multi-select QR Codes for move, download, or delete.
  • Inline rename for codes and folders.
  • Copy Link from any QR Code card in one click.
  • Bulk download as PNG, SVG, or PDF. Large batches are zipped asynchronously.

Select QR Codes

  1. From the sub-account dashboard, go to Sites → QR Codes.
  2. Click Select in the top right to enable checkboxes.
  3. Check the items you want to manage. A counter ("3 Selected") and the bulk action toolbar appear top right.

Bulk Download

  1. With items selected, click Download in the toolbar.
  2. Pick PNG, SVG, or PDF.
  3. Confirm in the popup. Large batches arrive as ZIP files.

If a QR Code does not support the requested format, Sparkforge offers alternatives.

Move to Folder

  1. With items selected, click the Move to Folder icon.
  2. Pick a destination folder and click Move.

Bulk Delete

  1. With items selected, click the Delete icon.
  2. Review the confirmation and click Delete. Bulk delete is permanent.

Rename a QR Code

  1. Hover the QR Code card and click the three-dot menu.
  2. Choose Rename, enter the new name, and click Save.

Copy Link

Hover a QR Code card, click the three-dot menu, and choose Copy Link. Paste it into emails, docs, or print workflows.

Folder-Level Actions

Click the three-dot icon on a folder for folder-wide actions:

  • Download — export every QR Code in the folder (async ZIP).
  • Rename — change the folder name.
  • Delete — remove every QR Code in the folder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the bulk actions?
Go to Sites then QR Codes and click Select in the top right to enable the bulk toolbar.
Which formats can I download?
PNG, SVG, or PDF. Large batches arrive as ZIP files.
What if I see SVG Format Not Available?
Some older QR Codes do not support SVG. Use the dialog to switch to PNG or PDF for those items.
Can I download an entire folder at once?
Yes. Click the Download icon on the folder to export every code inside (async ZIP).
Is bulk delete reversible?
No. Download anything you need before deleting. Bulk delete is permanent.
Are there selection limits?
You can select many items at once. Very large batches may be split into multiple ZIPs. If you hit a limit, reduce the selection and repeat.
