How to Create a QR Code Linked to a Review Page in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge's QR Code tool creates a Review Link QR code that opens your review request page. Customize the header, footer image, and styling, then track scans in Analytics.

A Review Link QR code sends scanners straight to your review request page. Print it on receipts, table tents, invoices, or anywhere customers see your business in person.

Create the review QR code

  1. Go to Sites > QR Codes > Create QR Code.
  2. Enter a name. Set QR Type to Review Link and click Next.
  3. Choose the Review QR style. Edit the header content and swap the footer image to match your brand.
  4. Customize colors, shape and form, center logo, and background image.
  5. Test the code in the preview, then download as a PNG. Click Save to publish.

Track scans

Go to QR Codes > Analytics for total and unique scans across your codes.

Where to put it

  • Receipts and invoices.
  • Table tents, counter cards, and packaging inserts.
  • Service vans, signage, and equipment labels.
