Quizzes and QR Codes are independent feature toggles in Sparkforge SaaS Mode. Switch them on or off per plan or per sub-account, and use sub-account settings to override the plan default.

Quizzes and QR Codes are independent feature toggles inside Sparkforge SaaS Mode. You can include them in a plan, hold them back as an upsell, or grant access on a per-sub-account basis.

What the toggle controls

The toggle decides whether the Quizzes and QR Codes tabs appear under Sites in a sub-account dashboard. Disabling a toggle hides the UI but does not delete existing content.

Enable Quizzes or QR Codes on a SaaS plan

  1. Open SaaS Configurator from the Agency dashboard.
  2. Edit an existing plan or create a new one.
  3. Find the Feature Toggles section.
  4. Use the Quizzes and QR Codes switches to set plan defaults.
  5. Save the plan.

Override at the sub-account level

Sub-account settings take precedence over the plan default, so you can grant access to a specific client without changing the plan.

  1. From the Agency view, open the client’s Sub-Account Settings.
  2. Go to Company Tab > Settings > Features.
  3. Toggle Quizzes or QR Codes on or off.
  4. Changes apply immediately.

How users see the change

Once enabled, end users see dedicated Quizzes and QR Codes tabs under Sites. When disabled, the tabs disappear, but stored content stays intact for when access is restored.

Use the toggle as an upsell

Gate Quizzes and QR Codes behind higher-tier plans, then enable them on a per-client basis as paid add-ons. Sub-account overrides let you reward power users without changing the underlying plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Quizzes and QR Codes available on every SaaS plan by default?
No. You enable them per plan in the SaaS Configurator or per sub-account in Settings.
Will disabling a feature delete existing quizzes or QR codes?
No. The toggle hides the UI only. Saved content remains and reappears when the toggle is switched back on.
Do sub-account toggles override the plan default?
Yes. Sub-account settings take precedence, so you can grant or revoke access for individual clients without editing the plan.
Where do these tabs appear for end users?
Under the Sites section of the sub-account dashboard, as separate Quizzes and QR Codes tabs.
