How to Generate QR Codes in Bulk with Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge bulk QR code generation turns a two-column CSV (name, URL) into ready-to-download static QR codes — PNG, SVG, or PDF. Optional folder assignment keeps batches organized.

Bulk QR Code Creation in Sparkforge takes a CSV of names and URLs and produces a static QR code for every row. It removes the manual repetition for event badges, discount coupons, product packaging, and any campaign that needs many ready-to-scan codes.

Prepare your CSV

Keep the file lean: two columns, no extras.

  • name — the display name for the QR code.
  • url — the full destination URL, starting with http:// or https://.

No additional columns, blank rows, or empty header cells. Use Download Sample CSV from the bulk modal if you need a starting template.

How to create QR codes in bulk

  1. Navigate to QR Codes. Click Sites in the sidebar, then QR Codes in the top ribbon.
  2. Open the bulk modal. Click the Create Bulk QR Codes icon in the upper right.
  3. Download the CSV template if needed and fill in your rows.
  4. Upload your CSV. Drag and drop into the modal, or click to browse.
  5. Pick a folder from the dropdown (optional). Folders must be created beforehand. Skipping puts codes in the root folder.
  6. Click Upload to start. The progress tracker shows successes and errors as rows process.
  7. Download exports. Open the destination folder, select your codes, and download PNG, SVG, or PDF.

CSV troubleshooting

  • Wrong or missing headers — the top row must read exactly url and name.
  • Invalid URL — every URL must start with http:// or https:// and contain no spaces. The error message will pinpoint the offending row.

Folder assignment

Folder selection at upload applies the folder to every code in the batch. After creation, click the three-dot icon on a code and choose Move to Folder to relocate it.
