How to Share Calendar Links from the Sparkforge Mobile App

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Sparkforge mobile app lets you share scheduling, permanent, or one-time booking links for any calendar or group directly from the calendars screen.

What you can share

Sparkforge supports three calendar link types from the mobile app:

  • Scheduling link. Standard reusable booking page.
  • Permanent link. Direct URL to the calendar that does not expire.
  • One-time link. Available for individual calendars only. Expires after the first use.

Calendars support all three. Groups support scheduling and permanent links.

How to share a link

  1. Open the Sparkforge mobile app and tap Calendars on the bottom bar.
  2. Tap the share icon on the top right.
  3. Pick Calendar or Group. Use search if the list is long.
  4. Choose the link type:
    • For a calendar, choose scheduling, permanent, or one-time.
    • For a group, choose scheduling or permanent.
  5. Tap Share. The link copies to your clipboard, ready to paste into SMS, email, or any other channel.

When to use each link type

Use the scheduling link as your default in marketing assets. Use a permanent link in long-lived locations like an email signature. Use a one-time link when sending an invitation directly to one person and you want it to expire after they book.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a scheduling link and a permanent link?
Both are reusable. The scheduling link routes through Sparkforge's standard booking flow. The permanent link is a stable direct URL that you can keep in long-lived locations.
Can I share a one-time link from a group calendar?
No. One-time links are available for individual calendars only. Groups support scheduling and permanent links.
Does a one-time link expire if no one uses it?
One-time links expire after the first access. If they are not used, they remain valid until you generate a new one.
Where do I send a calendar link after copying it?
Anywhere you message customers. The clipboard handoff lets you paste into SMS, email, social DMs, or notes apps.
