The Season of AI promotion concluded on December 31, 2024. Agencies with sub-accounts that opted in need to verify their post-promotion billing and feature settings. This guide covers what changed, where to manage it, and how the new pricing flows.

What AI Employee includes

AI Employee is the umbrella for all AI services in Sparkforge: Voice AI, Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, and Funnel AI.

Where to manage settings

Navigate to Agency View > Settings > Employee AI. Every sub-account, opt-in status, billing plan, and feature toggle lives here.

Opt-in status

  • Yes — the sub-account opted into Season of AI. AI features stay active under the chosen plan.
  • Opt-In Now — the sub-account didn't opt in. No action needed; nothing changes.

AI feature status

  • Enabled — AI services are live for the sub-account.
  • Disabled — AI services are off.

You can toggle this per sub-account from the Employee AI dashboard.

Billing changes

Sparkforge only charges agencies for sub-accounts that opted in and selected the Unlimited Plan. If you're rebilling clients, you keep the markup.

Example

You have 5 sub-accounts on the Unlimited Plan at $197/mo:

  • You collect $985 from clients (5 × $197).
  • Sparkforge charges your agency $485 (5 × $97).
  • Your agency keeps $500 in profit.

Rebilling status

  • Enabled — sub-accounts pay for AI usage from their own wallet.
  • Disabled — your agency covers AI usage costs.

Toggle rebilling at any time in the Employee AI dashboard.

Payment plans

  • Recurring Subscription (Unlimited) — clients pay your markup; Sparkforge charges your agency a flat $97 per sub-account.
  • Pay-Per-Use — agency or sub-account pays based on actual usage, depending on rebilling.

Action steps for agencies

  1. Review opt-in status — confirm which sub-accounts opted in and what plan they selected.
  2. Verify billing — check rebilling toggles and subscription pricing per sub-account.
  3. Notify clients — let opted-in sub-accounts know about any billing or feature changes you're making.
  4. Adjust as needed — switch from Unlimited to Pay-Per-Use, or vice versa, if the plan no longer fits the sub-account's usage pattern.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to a sub-account that didn't opt in to Season of AI?
Nothing changes. AI Employee settings remain as they were before and during the promotion. The agency still manages the sub-account through the Employee AI dashboard.
Can I change rebilling now that the promotion ended?
Yes. Rebilling can be toggled on or off any time in the Employee AI dashboard. Changes apply going forward.
How do I cancel AI Employee for a sub-account?
There's no separate cancellation for AI Employee itself. To stop the Unlimited subscription, switch the sub-account's billing type to Pay-Per-Use. The sub-account will only be charged for actual AI usage from that point on.
Can a sub-account change its AI Employee plan after the promo ended?
Yes. The sub-account can return to the Season of AI promo page they used to opt in, scroll down, and edit their plan. Agency owners can also change plans from Agency View > Settings > Employee AI.
How do I find which sub-accounts opted in?
Go to Agency View > Settings > Employee AI. Each sub-account shows its opt-in status, current plan, and billing configuration in one dashboard.
