How to Complete Sparkforge SaaS Configurator Onboarding
The first time you open the Sparkforge SaaS Configurator, an onboarding checklist walks you through Stripe, currency, plan creation, and sale-link generation in the right order. Progress saves automatically.
The Sparkforge SaaS Configurator includes a guided onboarding checklist for agencies turning on SaaS Mode for the first time. The checklist sequences the setup steps so you don't end up with broken plans or mismatched currencies.
Find the checklist
In agency view, open the SaaS Configurator. If your agency hasn't completed SaaS setup, the checklist appears at the top of the configurator.
The setup steps
1. Connect Stripe
Connect Stripe as your payment provider. Stripe is the default — and currently the only — supported processor for SaaS products.
2. Select currency
Pick the base currency for your SaaS plan pricing.
If you see an Invalid price currency banner, check the category currency under SaaS Configurator → Advanced Settings, then update the Stripe price currency to match.
Watch out: if a sale link has already been generated for a price, or there are active subscriptions on it, Stripe blocks currency changes on that existing price. Create a new price and use the new currency on it instead.
3. Create SaaS plans
Build plans from a template or from scratch. Complete the required fields and save each plan.
4. Generate a sale link
Generate a sale link for each plan. The link is the checkout URL you share with prospects.
Tip: if a sale link already exists for the same SaaS product, Sparkforge returns the existing URL rather than creating a duplicate.
Progress, saving, and resuming
- Each step expands inline as you reach it.
- Progress saves automatically — you can close the configurator and come back.
- A progress indicator shows how many steps are complete.
