How the Pause Account Feature Works in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Pausing a Sparkforge account suspends platform access while preserving CRM data, automations, calendars, products, and configurations. Reactivate anytime to restore everything as it was.

The Pause Account option lets you step away while keeping your setup and data intact. Resume whenever you're ready and pick up where you left off.

What happens during a pause

  • You and your sub-accounts lose active access to the platform.
  • Data, settings, and configurations are preserved.
