By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Sparkforge chat widget supports SMS/Email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp variants with full control over theme, placement, branding, language, and consent text.

The chat widget lets you tune look, placement, and messaging across three channels — SMS/Email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp — and add legal consent for compliance-sensitive industries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I run multiple chat widgets on different pages?
Yes. Create separate widgets and embed each one where it fits — for example, a Live Chat widget on the pricing page and an SMS/Email widget on the contact page.
Does the widget support HIPAA consent?
Yes. The Chat Window settings include a field for HIPAA legal consent text that displays before a visitor submits their info.
Can I localize the widget into another language?
Yes. The Messaging tab includes a language selector for the widget UI strings.
Will my existing widget keep working?
Yes. Existing widgets continue to work and appear in the theme picker so you can update styling without rebuilding.
