How to View Multiple Calendars at Once on Mobile
The Sparkforge mobile app can stack schedules from multiple users, calendars, or groups in a single calendar view, with each selection color-coded so events are easy to tell apart.
What this view shows
The mobile calendar in Sparkforge can render schedules from any combination of users, calendars, or groups in a single view. Each selection appears in its own color, so an owner can scan an entire team's day in one glance.
What you can combine
- Users. Pick any number of staff members to overlay their schedules.
- Calendars. Stack appointment-type calendars side by side.
- Groups. Pull in entire calendar groups in one tap.
How to set it up
- Open the Sparkforge mobile app and tap Calendars on the bottom bar.
- Tap the dropdown above the events list to open the selector.
- Pick the users, calendars, or groups you want to layer.
- Close the selector. Events from every selection appear in the events area, color-coded.
Where this helps
Owner-operators with two or three staff members can confirm coverage without flipping between calendars. Multi-location businesses can compare branch schedules. Service teams can see if a given day is overbooked before quoting a new appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I save a multi-calendar view as a default?
The selection persists during the session. Reopening the calendar starts with your most recent selection until you change it.
Are events color-coded by user, calendar, or group?
Each selection gets its own color, regardless of whether it is a user, a calendar, or a group.
Does this work on the desktop app too?
This article covers the mobile app. The desktop calendar has its own filtering, but the multi-selection workflow is similar.
Can I book new appointments while viewing multiple calendars?
Yes. Tap a slot to start a booking. The booking flow asks which calendar the new appointment belongs to.
