By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Listings Analytics Dashboard in Sparkforge gives a single view of how your business listings perform across directories. It tracks impressions, actions, profile views, device usage, and per-platform performance for Yext-powered listings.

The Listings Analytics Dashboard in Sparkforge centralizes the metrics that matter for local visibility: impressions, actions, profile views, device split, and platform-by-platform performance.

Important: Analytics is currently supported only for listings powered by the Yext engine. The Uberall engine does not feed this dashboard.

What the dashboard shows

The dashboard pulls data from supported directories into one view so you can monitor visibility, engagement, and trends without checking each platform manually. Use it to:

  • Monitor listing visibility
  • Track engagement (calls, clicks, direction requests)
  • Analyze trends over time
  • Spot optimization opportunities

Core metrics

Total Listings Impressions

How often your listings appear in search results. Use this as your baseline visibility metric.

Total Listings Actions

User interactions including clicks, calls, and direction requests. These are stronger signals of intent than impressions.

Profile Views

Number of users who opened your business profile. Reflects deeper interest.

Device Usage Over Time

Mobile, desktop, and tablet split. Helps you prioritize formatting for the device most users come from.

Platform Insights

Performance broken down by directory so you can see which platforms drive results and which underperform.

Open the dashboard

  1. Click Listings in the left menu.
  2. Open the Analytics tab.
  3. Use the date filter to set the timeframe; the dashboard updates automatically.

How to use the data

Identify trends

Compare date ranges to find growth, seasonality, or sudden drops in engagement.

Measure engagement

Focus on actions and profile views to understand how users actually interact with each listing.

Optimize the strategy

  • Improve listings on weak platforms.
  • Double down on directories that already deliver.
  • Update business info if engagement stays low.

Watch device behavior

If most traffic is mobile, keep info concise and confirm click-to-call works on every listing.
