How to Send White-Labeled Listings Analytics Reports

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge agencies can generate fully branded Listings analytics reports — agency logo, headline, selected graphs — and either download a PDF or email it from the agency domain to up to 50 recipients.

White-Labeled Listings Analytics Reports turn raw Listings data into branded, client-ready summaries. Pick the graphs you want, add your agency logo, headline, and description, then export a PDF or email the report from your agency domain. This guide walks the full setup.

What's in a white-labeled report

Reports are scoped to an entity and a date range, with selectable graphs. The report carries your agency branding instead of platform branding, and email delivery uses your agency's From address with built-in tracking.

Key benefits

  • Branded output — agency logo, headline, description, no platform branding.
  • Selectable graphs — toggle which charts to include.
  • Two delivery modes — instant PDF or email from your domain.
  • Customizable email body — subject, message, and rich-text formatting.
  • Smart recipients — auto-merges contacts and staff; new staff are added on send.
  • Role-based access — agency users and admins only.

Generate and send a white-labeled report

Step 1: Open Listings Analytics

  1. Log in to your Sub-Account.
  2. Open Reputation > Listings.
  3. Click the Analytics tab (next to Overview).
  4. Click Generate Report.

Step 2: Configure scope

Set the time range — last 4, 8, 12, or 16 weeks; this year; last 12 months; or all time. Then under Choose Analytics Graphs, toggle which sections to include:

  • Total Listing Impressions
  • Total Listing Actions
  • Listing Profile Views
  • Profile Views by Site
  • Listings Device Usage Over Time

Step 3: Apply branding

  1. Upload your agency logo.
  2. Enter a report headline.
  3. Add a report description (context, highlights, or goals).

Step 4: Choose entity

Select the entity the report covers. All Entities is unavailable when a sub-account mixes Uberall and Yext entities — pick a single entity instead.

Step 5: Pick a delivery method

Export as PDF

  1. Select Export as PDF.
  2. Click Preview & Generate Report.
  3. Click Generate & Download to save the PDF.

Send as email

  1. Set the From Email to your agency address so the report sends from your domain.
  2. Add up to 50 recipients in the To field.
  3. Edit the subject and email content with rich-text formatting.
  4. Click Preview & Send Email to review.
  5. Click Generate & Send Email to deliver.

Access and prerequisites

  • Agency users and admins only. Sub-account-only roles cannot access this feature.
  • The Generate Report button is disabled unless at least three analytics graphs have data.
  • Reports support Yext entities at launch; Uberall analytics is on the roadmap.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can generate white-labeled Listings reports?
Agency users and admins only. Sub-account-only roles do not have access to white-labeled reporting.
Why is the All Entities option disabled?
All Entities is unavailable when a sub-account contains a mix of Uberall and Yext entities. Select a single entity instead.
Can I send the report from my own domain?
Yes. Set the From Email to your agency address so the report delivers from your domain, which improves deliverability and client trust.
How many recipients can I send a report to?
Up to 50 recipient email addresses per send. New staff contacts are added automatically by the recipient management logic.
Why is the Generate Report button greyed out?
At least three analytics graphs need to have data before the report can run. If your account is new or has limited activity, wait for data to accrue.
