How Billing Works
Listings reselling has two layers:
- Agency to Sparkforge: monthly charge to your agency wallet.
- Client to Agency: monthly charge through your Stripe integration.
Charges pro-rate so you receive a single invoice per billing period. Each invoice adjusts for previous-cycle sales and prepays the next cycle.
Troubleshooting
Listings show as waiting on customer or partner
Almost always a form data error. Check the listing data for:
- PIN code in the address line field
- PO Box instead of a real address
- Missing suite or shop number
- Improper business name
- Invalid phone number or email
Log into the Listings account and correct the error.
Listings show In-Review
Listings has detected a duplicate for the same address, phone, or email. Follow the resolving listings duplicate guide for next steps.
Listings show Canceled
The client is in a contract with their previous provider that prevents Listings from migrating the listing. Reach out to Sparkforge support.
