Adding Free Courses to a Community Learning Tab in Sparkforge

The Learning Tab inside a Sparkforge community holds free courses you make available to all members. Admins and owners control which courses appear there.

Add a course

1. Open the community.
2. Click Add Courses in the Learning Tab.
3. Pick the course you want to make available.

Once added, the course shows up in the Learning Tab for every member.

Delete a course

Click the delete button on the course card to remove it from the Learning Tab. Members lose access immediately.

Course access

When a course is added, every member of the group gets access right away. There's no per-member assignment for free courses — group membership is the gate.

Notifications

All group members get an email each time an admin or owner adds a new course. Use this as a content-drop signal.

Paid courses

Paid course access through communities is handled separately through the Paid Groups setup — charge for the group itself, then attach courses inside.
