Schedule Automatic Newsletters in Sparkforge Communities
Communities Newsletters in Sparkforge send recurring digests to members on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence. Owners and Admins configure time, day, and timezone per group at Memberships → Communities → Settings → Newsletter.
Communities Newsletters send recurring digests to members on whatever cadence fits your group. Set the frequency, time, day, and timezone, and Sparkforge handles the rest. Newsletters are off by default until a Group Owner or Admin enables them.
What members see in a digest
- Active threads: the last thread a member interacted with plus the freshest replies.
- Top posts from public channels so members don't miss trending content.
- Posts from followed members: updates from creators they follow.
- Upcoming events: the most relevant events on the calendar.
- Clickable cards: each item links back to the source post, thread, or event.
- Permissions are respected. Members only see content they're allowed to access.
