Announcements Builder in Sparkforge
Announcements Builder lets agencies create in-app banners for their sub-accounts. You configure title, message, priority, scheduling, CTA buttons, and visibility scope, then save as draft or activate.
Announcements Builder is the agency tool for creating, scheduling, and publishing in-app announcement banners across Sparkforge sub-accounts. You build the banner, set scheduling and priority, optionally add a CTA button, and decide whether the announcement appears at the agency level, account level, or both.
Banner content and core settings
When you build an announcement, configure these core elements:
- Title: A short headline for the announcement.
- Message content: The body text explaining the update or required action.
- Priority: Critical, Warning, or General.
- Frequency: How often the banner shows to eligible users.
- Status: Save as Draft while preparing, or set to Active to display.
Visibility and audience scope
- Agency level: Show to users working in the agency experience.
- Account level: Show to sub-account users.
- Both: Show across agency and sub-account experiences.
Scheduling
Set a Start Date and End Date to control when a banner is eligible to display. Useful for promotions, maintenance windows, onboarding prompts, or limited-time updates.
CTA buttons and redirect behavior
Banners can include an optional CTA button with button text, destination URL, and redirect behavior. Use a CTA when the announcement should send users to a specific page, resource, or workflow.
Priority levels
- Critical: Urgent or high-impact notices.
- Warning: Important alerts that need visibility but are less urgent than Critical.
- General: Standard informational messages.
