How to Improve Phone Number Reputation with Voice Integrity
Voice Integrity registers your US numbers with First Orion, Hiya, and TNS to clear spam-likely labels and improve answer rates. SHAKEN/STIR is required, CNAM is recommended, and applications typically clear in two business days.
Voice Integrity registers your US phone numbers with the three caller-ID analytics networks – First Orion, Hiya, and TNS – to remove spam labels and rebuild answer rates on flagged numbers.
Why register
- Clear spam flags. Direct registration with the analytics networks lets you challenge existing "spam likely" labels.
- Higher answer rates. Calls displaying a recognized branded name pick up far more often than unlabeled calls.
- Better deliverability. Legitimate calls avoid blocks at the carrier and handset level.
Sparkforge may prompt you to register after an unanswered outbound call from the web dialer. The prompt is a shortcut to the same registration form covered below.
Before you register
- SHAKEN/STIR registration is required. Voice Integrity needs valid attestation on every outgoing call. Complete SHAKEN/STIR first.
- CNAM is recommended. Submitting a branded caller name alongside the number increases trust scoring.
- US numbers only. International numbers cannot register through Voice Integrity today.
Enable Voice Integrity
- Open the Trust Center in your Sparkforge account.
- Go to the Voice Integrity tab.
- Fill in the registration form:
- Use Case – sales outreach, customer support, or whatever fits.
- Employee Count.
- Average Business Day Call Volume.
- CNAM Details – optional branded name.
- Click Submit.
Track the application from the Submitted Applications tab in the Trust Center.
What happens after submission
Each analytics network reviews the registration on its own.
- Most applications clear in two business days.
- You receive a notification once a network approves.
- Label removal can take additional time to propagate across carriers and handsets.
If you do not have an EIN
SHAKEN/STIR registration requires an EIN. Sole proprietors without an EIN can still improve reputation through the Free Caller Registry as an interim option.
