Agencies on the Legacy/V1 SaaS system can import Stripe products directly into the SaaS Configurator and link existing Stripe subscriptions to sub-accounts — no manual product entry, no billing gaps.

This feature targets agencies on the Legacy/V1 SaaS system. It pulls products from your Stripe account into the SaaS Configurator so you don't have to recreate them by hand, and it lets you keep existing Stripe subscriptions running while you migrate.

Import Stripe Products

  1. Go to Agency → SaaS Configurator → + Add Your Plan.
  2. Choose Import from Stripe when creating the new SaaS plan.
  3. Search products by name and review them before confirming the import.
  4. Configure category, pricing, features, trial periods, and rebilling settings.
  5. The Configurator generates new price IDs automatically so they don't overlap with your existing Stripe price IDs.

Link Existing Stripe Subscriptions to Sub-Accounts

Once products are imported, link active Stripe subscriptions so billing continues without interruption:

  1. From Agency View, go to Sub-Accounts → Manage Client → SaaS tab.
  2. Click Add a SaaS Subscription.
  3. Choose Stripe as the payment provider.
  4. In the Request Client Payment Details modal, select Link Existing Customer in Stripe.
  5. Pick the customer profile that has the active subscription.
  6. Select the subscription from the right-hand panel.
  7. Confirm to enable SaaS on the sub-account.
