Sell SaaS in Non-USD Currencies with Sparkforge
Create SaaS products in USD with the Configurator, edit each price in Stripe to your preferred currency, then import the updated prices into the sub-account funnel. Stripe's currency overrides what the Configurator displays.
Native non-USD support for SaaS sub-accounts is on the roadmap. Until it ships, this workaround lets agencies bill in any currency Stripe supports.
The flow at a glance
- Create your SaaS products and prices in USD using the SaaS Configurator.
- Open Stripe and edit each price to your target currency.
- Import the updated prices into the sub-account you'll sell from.
Step 1: Create products in USD
Build your SaaS products in the SaaS Configurator as usual. They'll appear in Stripe in USD.
Step 2: Change the currency in Stripe
In Stripe, edit each price and switch the currency to whatever you want to bill in (AUD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and so on). Repeat for every SaaS product and price.
The SaaS Configurator inside Sparkforge keeps showing USD — that's expected. Stripe's currency takes precedence and is what customers actually see and pay.
Step 3: Sell from a SaaS payment link or funnel
The fastest path is to generate a SaaS checkout link. The checkout, invoice, and receipt all show your chosen currency.
To sell through a Sparkforge funnel instead:
- Confirm the Stripe account on the sub-account matches the agency's Stripe account. Check sub-account: Location → Payments → Integrations. Check agency: Agency → Settings → Stripe.
- In the sub-account, go to Payments → Products and click Import from Stripe.
- Search for each SaaS product and import. The imported prices show in your chosen currency.
- Drop them into a 1-step or 2-step order form on your funnel.
Wallet recharges and usage
Sub-account credit recharges (wallet top-ups) bill the customer in your chosen currency, and Stripe receipts/invoices show that same currency.
Usage records inside Location → Settings → Company Billing still display in USD. Sparkforge converts the USD figure to your currency behind the scenes and runs the Stripe charge in that currency, which is why the receipt matches what you sold in.
