Add Listings to a Sparkforge SaaS Plan

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Open the SaaS Configurator, edit a plan, check Listings under Add-ons, and save. New SaaS clients on that plan get Listings automatically with no separate setup.

What this does

The Listings add-on packages business directory syncing into a Sparkforge SaaS plan. Instead of selling Listings as a separate line item, you embed it in a subscription so clients receive it the moment they buy or upgrade.

Pre-requisites

  • Agency on the pro plan with plans configured in the SaaS Configurator.
  • Stripe connected at the agency level. Once connected, the agency Stripe account can't be changed, so confirm the right account before connecting.

Add Listings to a plan

  1. From Agency View, click SaaS Configurator in the left nav.
  2. Find the plan to edit and click Edit Details.
  3. Open the Addons section.
  4. Check the box for Listings.
  5. Click Save Changes.

New SaaS clients who buy or upgrade to the plan now get Listings automatically. Existing clients are unaffected.

Pricing note

The agency is billed for Listings on each enrolled sub-account. Sub-accounts are not charged extra at the service level. Bake the cost into your SaaS plan price so the margin works.

Client setup after purchase

Once a client purchases the plan, they configure Listings the same way as any other Listings activation: from the sub-account's Listings setup flow. Notifications and management are unchanged.

See which sub-accounts signed up

  1. From Agency View, go to Settings in the bottom left.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. Find the Listings section and click Show sub-accounts.
  4. The pop-up lists every subscribed sub-account with plan and billing details.
