Only Agency Admins and Owners can cancel a WhatsApp subscription. Prorated refunds for unused days are issued within 7-8 working days, and your templates and historical data stay intact for future re-subscription.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click WhatsApp, then the three dots, and select Cancel Subscription.
  3. Click Proceed to Cancellation.
  4. Pick a cancellation reason and tap Cancel Subscription to finish.

Cancelling before integration is complete

If you subscribed but never finished WhatsApp integration, the cancel path is the same: Settings > WhatsApp > three-dot menu > Cancel Subscription, then confirm.

What happens after cancellation

  • Billing stops immediately.
  • WhatsApp Business features in your account are disabled or limited based on plan.
  • Approved templates, WABA settings, and historical data stay intact — re-subscribe later and they're still there.
  • You can't send messages until the subscription is reactivated.

Refund details

Prorated refunds cover unused days in the current billing period. Refunds may net out payment-processing fees or any usage charges already incurred. Renewals already processed are non-refundable — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
