By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Cancel a Sparkforge Listings subscription from Reputation → Listings → Business Entities. Billing stops, directory sync stops, and you can reactivate later.

You can cancel a Listings subscription for a sub-account directly inside Sparkforge. Automated cancellation is available for sub-accounts that submitted the Listings form at least 30 days before cancellation.

Cancel Listings for a sub-account

Step 1: Go to Business Entities

  • From the left navigation, open Reputation.
  • Pick Listings in the top ribbon.
  • Pick Business Entities in the secondary ribbon.

Step 2: Unsubscribe

  • Click the three-dot menu next to the business entity.
  • Choose Unsubscribe.

Step 3: Confirm cancellation

A popup confirms the location. Provide a reason and confirm. The subscription cancels in the backend, and a confirmation popup appears.

What changes after cancellation

  • Directory sync stops. Your business info no longer pushes updates to listing partners.
  • Inconsistencies can build up. Over time, business details across directories may drift out of sync.
  • Local SEO can drop. Inconsistent NAP data tends to hurt local rankings.
  • Billing stops immediately. No further Listings charges.

If cancellation fails

If the in-app cancellation throws an error, raise a cancellation ticket with Sparkforge support and they'll process it manually.
