Open the sub-account, go to Settings > Phone Numbers > Add Number, set the country to United States, filter to Toll-Free only, pick a number, and click Proceed to Buy. Toll-free numbers send SMS at 3 segments per second.

Toll-free numbers give your business a professional callback line and a higher SMS throughput than standard 10DLC numbers. This is the exact path to add one inside a Sparkforge sub-account.

Buy a Toll-Free Number

Open the sub-account where you want the new number.
Click Settings in the lower-left navigation.
Select Phone Numbers.
Click Add Number.
Set Country to United States, then click Filter.
Deselect Local and Mobile so only Toll-Free is checked, then click Apply.
Pick a number you like and click Proceed to Buy.
