Contact Activity Tab on Mobile in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Activity tab inside a contact profile in the Sparkforge mobile app shows a chronological feed of forms, calls, appointments, page visits, trigger link clicks, surveys, and payment activity.

The Activity tab is a contact-level timeline in the Sparkforge mobile app. Open a contact and scan recent forms, calls, appointments, and other events in chronological order — without switching to the web app or hunting across separate tools.

What appears in the timeline

  • Form submissions
  • Calls
  • Appointments
  • Page visits
  • Trigger link clicks
  • Surveys and quizzes
  • Payment-related activity
  • Other contact events stored in Sparkforge

How it helps your team

  • Save time: one feed instead of multiple tools, tabs, or notes.
  • Close faster: review recent calls, forms, and appointments before reaching out.
  • Serve contacts better: sales and support see the same factual history.
  • Stay mobile-first: qualify contacts directly from iOS or Android.
  • Reduce errors: base decisions on recorded activity, not memory.

Filtering and details

Filters narrow long timelines so you can find the most relevant events fast. Filter options vary based on the mobile app and supported activity types. Tap a supported activity to open additional context — the depth varies by event type.

Mobile vs. web differences

The web contact activity experience may include details or interaction options not yet on mobile. Use the mobile Activity tab as a fast review surface while parity continues to expand.

Open the Activity tab

  1. Open the Sparkforge mobile app on iOS or Android.
  2. Go to Contacts.
  3. Select the contact.
  4. Open the Activity tab from the contact profile.
  5. Scroll the timeline and use filters to narrow as needed.
  6. Tap an activity item for additional details when supported.
  7. Use the context to plan the next action — call, message, book, or follow up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Activity tab on iOS and Android?
Yes. The Activity tab works in the Sparkforge mobile app on both iOS and Android.
Why am I missing an activity I expect to see?
Visibility depends on user permissions, the data stored on the contact, and whether that activity type is currently supported on mobile. Check the web contact record to compare.
Can I filter the activity timeline?
Yes. Use the filters in the Activity tab to narrow long lists. Filter options vary based on supported mobile functionality.
Does mobile match web exactly?
Not always. Some details and interactions live on web today. Sparkforge is continuing to add richer mobile parity.
Can I edit or delete activities on mobile?
The current release confirms viewing, filtering, and opening details. Don't assume edit or delete options exist unless they appear in your app.
