Take Payments, Invoice, and Estimate from One Mobile Hub
The Sparkforge mobile app consolidates POS, invoices, and estimates into one module so you can take payment in person, send an invoice, or quote an estimate from the same transaction.
One module, three checkout outcomes
The Sparkforge mobile Point-of-Sale module is a unified payment hub. Build a transaction once, then collect now via card, cash, or Tap to Pay, send it as an invoice for online payment, or convert it into an estimate for the customer to approve.
Payment paths
- Tap to Pay. Accept contactless payments directly on the device.
- Cards. Run a card payment through the connected processor.
- Cash. Record a cash payment.
- Manual entry. Log a payment that happened outside the app, like a check or external terminal.
- Convert to invoice. Send an itemized invoice for online payment later.
- Convert to estimate. Send a quote that the customer can accept or reject.
Step-by-step
- Open the Sparkforge mobile app and tap the $ icon on the bottom bar.
- Build the order with the keypad for custom amounts or the catalog for stocked items.
- Tap Charge to open the Review screen. Link a contact, apply discounts, and confirm details.
- Tap Choose Payment Instruments.
- Pick the path that fits the situation:
- For an in-person payment, choose Tap to Pay, Cards, Cash, or Manual Entry.
- For online payment later, choose Convert to Invoice. The invoice editor opens pre-filled with the line items.
- For a quote, choose Convert to Estimate. The estimate editor opens pre-filled.
Why this matters in the field
Most field-service customers do not decide on payment timing the same way. Some pay on the spot. Some want a formal invoice for accounting. Some need a written estimate before approval. The hub keeps the data consistent across all three paths so you do not re-key line items.
