How to Migrate from ClickFunnels to Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Export courses, products, contacts, and email content from ClickFunnels, then rebuild them in Sparkforge as funnels, products, workflows, and order forms. Run both in parallel until verified.

This guide covers the full ClickFunnels-to-Sparkforge migration. Plan to move courses, products, payment integrations, forms, websites and funnels, store funnels, email marketing, and contacts. Run both platforms in parallel until verified.

What needs to migrate

  1. Courses and products
  2. Payment integrations
  3. Forms
  4. Websites and funnels
  5. Store funnels
  6. Email marketing
  7. Contacts

Migrate courses

In ClickFunnels 2.0, document each course — modules, lessons, quizzes, downloads, status (published or draft), member access settings.

In Sparkforge, recreate each course in the Memberships product. Match the module and lesson structure, upload the same content, and set member access to mirror ClickFunnels.

After migration, confirm users can access content, video plays, and completion tracking works.

Migrate products

Export from ClickFunnels

  1. Go to Products in ClickFunnels 2.0.
  2. Use the checkboxes to select products.
  3. Click Actions or Bulk actions > Export.
  4. Schedule the export in your timezone and download the CSV.

Import into Sparkforge

In Sparkforge, go to Payments > Products and click Import as CSV. Or, if your products live in Stripe, import directly from the Stripe integration.

Migrate payment integrations

Document the gateways used in ClickFunnels under Payments > Gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).

In Sparkforge, go to Payments > Integrations and connect each gateway:

  • Stripe: log into your Sparkforge sub-account and follow the OAuth authorisation.
  • NMI: connect through the NMI integration page.
  • Authorize.net: connect through the Authorize.net integration page.

Migrate websites and funnels

Document each ClickFunnels funnel and page — URL, structure, content, tracking codes, integrated forms, and payment gateways. Note themes, style guides, custom CSS, and any per-page settings.

Sparkforge has a direct ClickFunnels funnel importer. Use it to bring in funnels, then audit each step for layout, links, and form wiring.

Rebuild online stores

For ClickFunnels Store Funnels, document product details, checkout pages, upsell and downsell pages, and payment integrations. Capture pricing and customisations.

In Sparkforge, recreate the storefront under the Ecommerce module. Build the upsell and downsell flow, attach the gateway, and run a test purchase end-to-end before going live.

Migrate email marketing

Document every ClickFunnels workflow and broadcast — triggers, content, send timing. Save copies of email templates.

In Sparkforge, rebuild sequences using the Email Template Builder inside the Workflow Send Email action. Use Marketing > Emails to send broadcasts (immediate or scheduled), choose the right delivery method, and preview before sending. Email Statistics tracks performance after send.

Migrate contacts

Export from ClickFunnels

  1. Click Customers in the left-hand menu.
  2. Filter contacts or check the box to select all on the page.
  3. Export to CSV. Include Email, Phone, Name, and Timezone at minimum.

Import into Sparkforge

Use the bulk contact import in Sparkforge. Map fields and segment using tags. If the import errors out, check the troubleshooting guide for formatting and duplicate issues.

After migration

  • Train the team on Sparkforge funnels, memberships, and stores — they don't behave exactly like ClickFunnels.
  • Watch funnel statistics and email statistics for the first few weeks.
  • Edit dashboards (Pro plan) to surface the metrics that matter to you.
