How to Bulk Eject Sub-Accounts in Sparkforge

Bulk Eject lets agency owners move multiple sub-accounts into new Sparkforge agency accounts in one flow. It saves time on offboarding, supports incubation models, and keeps the releasing agency on recurring affiliate commissions for the new agencies created.

What Bulk Eject does

• Scale ejections: Move many sub-accounts in a single operation instead of one-by-one.
• Tracking screen: A dedicated view shows real-time progress for every account in the batch.
• CSV upload: Provide a CSV with Location ID and nominee mapping for large transfers.

How it works

Step 1: Initiate the bulk transfer

1. Go to the Transfer Locations page.
2. Click Bulk Transfer Sub Accounts > Eject to a New Agency.
3. Select sub-accounts manually or upload a CSV with location details.

Step 2: Nominee accepts the request

• Each nominee receives an email invitation from the releasing agency.
• The nominee accepts and is redirected into Sparkforge.

Step 3: Nominee creates their agency

• Nominees enter agency name, phone, and billing address.
• The new agency inherits the original sub-account, including assets and users.

Affiliate commissions

• The releasing agency automatically becomes the affiliate for each new agency.
• Commissions are recurring and tied to the new agency's subscriptions.

Notes

• Only agency owners can perform bulk eject actions; staff roles cannot.
• Sub-accounts can be selected manually or through CSV upload.
