AI Action Logging and Filtering in Sparkforge Conversations
AI Action Logs surface every bot-triggered event inside Conversations — workflow triggers, contact field updates, and stop commands — with a filter to isolate only AI activity. Bot-booked appointments now carry a Conversations AI source tag.
AI Action Logging adds traceable entries inside the Conversations panel for every action a Sparkforge AI Employee takes during a conversation. Pair it with the AI Action Logs filter to audit bot behavior fast.
What gets logged
Each automated action a bot performs during a conversation generates a log entry in the thread, marked with an AI Employee label. Logged actions include:
- Workflow triggered by bot.
- Contact field updated by AI Employee.
- Stop bot command.
Logs appear chronologically alongside messages so you can see exactly when each action happened.
How to view and filter AI logs
- Open the Conversations panel in Sparkforge.
- Scroll the thread to see AI log entries inline with messages.
- To isolate only AI activity, click the Filter icon in the top right.
- Choose AI Action Logs from the dropdown.
- The panel shows only bot-triggered events.
Why this matters
- Verify that a bot triggered the workflow you expected.
- Audit which contact fields the AI Employee updated.
- Confirm a stop bot command actually fired.
- Spot misbehavior without scrolling through unrelated messages.
Appointment source tagging
When a bot books an appointment, Sparkforge tags it with the source Conversations AI. That gives you clean attribution between bot bookings and human bookings, plus accurate reporting on which campaigns the AI Employee is closing.
